We are looking for energetic new team members at all levels for several positions ranging from analytical, technical/scientific, national security, and space subject matter expertise. You will be part of a team establishing a new, critical national security capability in support of a new Combat Command. Job Description:
The Collection Strategist plays a critical role in ensuring the Interagency is synchronized and working collaboratively to address priority intelligence requirements. You will utilize your expertise on intelligence collection systems, capabilities, and processes to produce holistic, integrated collection strategies for defense space enterprise. Specific tasks include:
Provide leadership and technical expertise to establish intelligence collection processes for the USSPACECOM J2 Coordinate across the DoD and IC to identify and validate requirements, develop collection strategies and plans, and monitor and assess progress meeting intelligence needs for the space domain Assess, manage, and integrate information to support multi-INT collection planning in support of USSPACECOM activities Provide recommendations on the integration of Cl and HUMINT activities for combatant command strategic, operational, contingency, crisis, and exercise planning Provides intelligence collection support to campaign, contingency, and crisis planning REQUIRED SKILLS &
Experience:
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility 10 years of experience Bachelor's degree in intelligence, national security, international affairs, or a relevant technical field Demonstrated experience as an intelligence analyst, collection strategist, and/or collection manager at a Combatant Command, Service Component, or other DoD or Intelligence Community organization Knowledge of the DoD, IC, and other USG organizations with space equities Full understanding of the Collection Operational Tasking and Reporting system, Collection Operations Policy, Oversight Requirements and tasking authorities across all intelligence disciplines Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing DOD and IC collection platforms/sensors Demonstrated knowledge of the intelligence cycle, including Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED), and associated systems, databases, and tools Demonstrated experience working in the space domain Graduate of an in-residence DOD/IC collection management course Skilled at research, analysis, and writing; experience authoring reports, assessments, responses to requests for information, talking points, briefings, and other products Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
