The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Air Force space enterprise, upcoming organizational changes, and policy, strategy, and planning requirements. The right candidate will have the knowledge, relationships, and capability to support a variety of efforts at Air Force Space Command, HQ Air Force, and the future HQ US Space Command. This is a critical position within ANSER and is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on U.S. space policy, strategy, and capabilities. Location:
This position located in Colorado Springs, CO. This position is contingent upon contract award. Job Duties:
Develop, coordinate, communicate, and implement USSPACECOM space policy, strategy, and strategic planning/planning guidance for current and future plans; Review and provide comments on strategy, strategic planning documents, instructions, policy, and doctrine Prepare USSPACECOM joint strategies, plans, documents, and studies; Provide support for space doctrine development, OPLANs, and CONPLANS Manage and respond to DoD, Congressional, and White House taskings Develop written reports and briefings for senior policymakers; gather information, provide analysis, develop, and produce written products in support of the J5's strategic initiatives and planning objectives Plan, initiate, facilitate, and maintain working groups, meetings, and other events with the Interagency and the public/commercial space sector Conduct research on space policy and strategy issues such as deterrence, escalation, responses, commercial space capabilities, operational authorities across Combatant Commands, and other topics relevant to US space operations Support the implementation of Space Policy Directives Operate as an ANSER senior space domain subject matter expert providing corporate-wide information and support Develop strategic communications and messaging campaigns for USSPACECOM Support exercises, wargames, and other activities across DoD and with foreign partners REQUIRED SKILLS &
Experience:
Active TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in political science, engineering, or another related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in the military space enterprise in operations, planning, and programming experience Experience operating at the CCMD staff or Joint Staff level Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and briefing Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team environment. Senior staff officer experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS &
Experience:
Air Force Space Command or US Space Command experience preferred Experience in Joint Operational Planning and COA development and analysis Experience developing and executing strategic communications Experience providing organizational management services, including mission, vision, organizational development and transformation, and overall strategic planning Office financial management experience, including PPBE/POM/UFR support ABOUT ANSER:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
