Responsibilities BLUEHALO is seeking a qualified Instructor/Training Developer to work on a Government-sponsored engineering program. The candidate will support the program training division by working in coordination with other team members in order to develop and deliver instructional courseware for the purpose of training a mix of personnel from institutional and organizational/operational user communities. The primary duties ( 75% of time) will be to serve as an instructor/trainer and as appropriate participate in the improvement/modifications of existing training products. The candidates alternate duties ( 25% of time) will be to coordinate/interact with training development subject matter experts reference concepts of the Army Learning Policy and Systems managing the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) to create, develop, and maintain courseware products for Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs), Areas of Concentration (AOCs), and professional development courses for Active Component (AC) and Reserve Component (RC) in all three domains (Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development) of Army learning as described by AR 350-1, Army Training and Leader Development. Must coordinate in various types of extension and institutional, instructional materials and select the most effective media mixes for presenting instruction; update and maintain POIs, lesson plans, Course Administrative Data (CAD), schedules, Army Correspondence Course Program (ACCP), institutional training materials and support to installation level troop schools; provide observations, insights, and apply updates to courseware material in coordination with other training subject matter experts. Responsibilities:
Review and modify as appropriate emerging initial and advance user training courseware and presentation materials. Participate in the conduct of initial and advance user training courses. Develop instructional training material enabling institutional and organization personnel to become qualified and certified on systems being developed. Develop Training Support Packages IAW TRADOC Pam 350-70 including:
lesson plans, student and instructor guides, course schedule, course administrative documents, and Program of Instruction. Conduct routine, close coordination with user manual development team. Conduct new equipment training IAW Army Regulation 350-1. Participate in routine meetings/reviews providing material updates as appropriate to the customer. Conduct training activities and provide subject matter expertise related to the design, development, production, and sustainment training and fielding of complex systems and equipment. Qualifications Required
Experience:
8-10 years experience reference RF theory and related military applications. Understanding of & experience with Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) PAM 350-70 Army Learning Policy and System. SME in RF/signals theory. Broad understanding of Defense Contract artifacts such as the SOW, contract attachments, CDRLs, DIDs, categories of technical data, and of non-technical program data, etc. Excellent computer skills with MS Office suite to prepare reports and documents. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Attention to detail, coupled with good time management and organization skills. Good interpersonal skills for interfacing and coordinating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers. Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Salary range starting from 100,000 - $115,000.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
