We are looking for energetic new team members at all levels for several positions ranging from analytical, technical/scientific, national security, and space subject matter expertise. You will be part of a team establishing a new, critical national security capability in support of a new Combat Command. The United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) Intelligence Directorate (J2) provides timely and relevant intelligence by conducting warning, analysis, and assessments; maintaining partnerships that preserve freedom of action in space, deter aggression, and enable global projection; and defending the U.S. and supporting activities to achieve national space objectives. SPECIFIC
Job Description:
The Joint Intelligence Planner will leverage expertise in the intelligence cycle and DoD planning processes to lead the integration of Defense and National Intelligence activities for the space domain. You will review collection, analytic, and targeting activities to support comprehensive strategic and operational planning across DoD. The Joint Intelligence Planner will develop campaign plans, organize intelligence operations feasibility assessments, conduct time-sensitive planning, and lead planning for crisis management in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES). Finally, the Joint Intelligence Planner will ensure space intelligence equities are integrated into strategic and operational military planning. Additional tasks include:
Provide status updates to USSPACECOM J2 and staff on JIP activities Provide intelligence support to campaign, contingency, and crisis planning Document intelligence resourcing gaps and shortfaIIs and develop mitigation strategies Integrate intelligence products and services supporting the Joint Planning Process (JPP) Synchronizes intelligence cycle supporting collection, analysis, production, and targeting Lead red teaming activities Provides leadership while establishing intelligence planning enterprise in a newly formed military organizations with space missions, roles, and functions Facilitates coordination of space intelligence and space intelligence planning across DoD and the IC REQUIRED SKILLS &
Experience:
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility 15
years of experience Bachelor's degree in intelligence, national security, international affairs, or a relevant technical field Demonstrated experience with DoD and/or IC strategic and operational planning Skilled at research, analysis, and writing; experience authoring reports, assessments, responses to requests for information, talking points, briefings, and other products Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus. Experience:
Master's degree in intelligence, national security, international affairs, or a relevant technical field Knowledge of the DoD, IC, and other USG organizations with space equities Experience interacting with and briefing SES and Flag Officer level leaders Experience working across the interagency and conducting outreach to DoD, USG, think tanks, academia, and other organizations Experience developing policy and strategy for major National or DoD programs, specifically focused on space Experience conducting advanced research into national security concepts and strategies Experience planning meetings, conferences, wargames, and tabletop exercises Knowledgeable of national security and defense strategies and policies for the space domain What ANSER Can Offer You:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
