BlueHalo is looking for an M&S System Architect leads engineering specialists in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise M&S programs, projects, and infrastructure. The position works with organizational representatives in the M&S and IT communities to define enterprise system solutions, meeting emerging mission needs and integrating with existing applications, systems, and platforms. This position identifies, analyzes, and recommends technology products required for solution delivery and documents integration and migration strategies. This position is located at Schriever, AFB. Responsibilities Demonstrated understanding of system architecture, systems engineering, computer engineering, hardware/software integration, and data engineering disciplines Ability to think critically (i.e. research, understand, analyze, synthesize, and critique), creating solutions to new and one-of-a-kind program challenges and issues as they arise Ability to propose and execute technical project solutions which align with customer strategic goals, proposing courses of action based on overarching leadership goals and objectives Experience writing and coordinating engineering and technology integration and migration strategies Experience successfully leading matrixed, geographically diverse technical product and engineering project teams Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and produce and present clear, concise, well-organized, and audience-relevant presentations and documents Ability to create a positive, collaborative working relationship with representatives and stakeholders from external organizations Ability to negotiate best technical and program solutions within environmental and leadership constraints Conscientious, agreeable, and open-minded individual who can lead teams to creatively meet technical challenges, drive groups to create solutions, and orchestrate deployment actions Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Candidates with a BA/BS from an accredited institution of higher learning in a related field with 20
years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree will be considered

years working on Missile Defense related or other complex, large DoD program/Project. Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems Clearance:
Secret
Qualifications:
Experience with DoD systems and system-of-systems Experience working in the Missile Defense Agency or the Missile Defense mission domain Experience with virtual or constructive Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes and tools, such as IBM Rhapsody Salary range pays up to $146k.
