SUMMARY The Crestron/AMX Programmer provides a professional level of knowledge in planning, installing, maintaining, tuning, developing and using large, complex programs that comprise major segments of audio visual software used by the United States Space Force (USSF). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including:

Programs, loads, troubleshoots and updates the software to optimize system performance, in addition to ease of access for non-technical users. Analyzes and ensures the security and integrity of all audio and visual systems. Provides technical assistance and resolve related issues for users and personnel. Collaborates with internal assets and support team to ensure customer needs are met. Develops and implements system recovery protocols in the event of destruction of all or part of the system or components. Analyzes, tests, and implements system and software, ensuring operating system compatibility. Maintains current knowledge of Crestron Products, and their applications across a variety of audiovisual equipment, digital signage and video conferencing. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company. Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output. Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and co-workers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions as the best of own ability. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years' relevant experience programming and recent experience as Crestron & AMX programmer for the DoD. Minimum ten (10) years' advanced experience installing VTC/AV systems. Minimum five (5) years' experience creating DSP audio files and uploading audio files for VTC/AV system. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in using Microsoft office and other AV software programs; or equivalent combination of education/experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGRISTRATION TS/SCI Clearance Required CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I Preferred. Crestron DMC-E Required. JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Keen ability to install, troubleshoot and maintain Crestron & AMX electronic systems. Knowledge installing and testing code onsite. Knowledge of system design and engineering. Working knowledge of software programming, development, review, audit, testing, and configuration management requirements Highly developed programming skills Proven ability to perform in an advisory capacity and to make recommendations for resolving issues Excellent computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows / Office Ability to develop and manage workflow Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess business requirements Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior management Excellent written communication skills with advanced technical writing proficiency Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professiona1journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
