Senior Operations Research Analyst (Trainer) with Security Clearance
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Consulting Services Group (CSG) is seeking an experienced Trainer to be part of our OSINT team with our military customer.
This Trainer should have an Open Source background and will be expected to do the following Duties/Tasks and
Responsibilities:
o Instruct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools o Instruct exploitation of social media and public accessible databases o Instruct the gathering, synthesis, and analysis of open source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counternarcotic, and other areas of the Army mission o Instruct on how to Respond to Requests for Information o Provide input to curriculum development for OSINT training requirementso Provide support to operational planning, technical papers, and other tasks as directed by customerRequired Qualifications:
o Experience utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools which include but are not limited to the Berber Hunter Tool Kit applications (e.
g.
, SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel).
o Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social mediao Prior military or government analytical training (e.
g.
, all source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT) o Must have demonstrated knowledge of identity management and experience, collecting and exploiting from deep web and dark web information.
o Experience training individuals.
Qualifications:
o Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.
g.
, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA OS1, FBI OS101).
o Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the DoD o Foreign language capabilities of 2+/2
DLPT or better specifically in Arabic, Farsi, Pashtu or Urduo Knowledge of scripting languages and technologies, including Python, Java, R Script, and JEMA Education:
o MA/MS with 8+yr demonstrated intelligence experience or BA/BS with 10+yr demonstrated intelligence experience Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret, (TS/SCI) Work Environment o Work is typically performed in an office environment, requiring the use of computer terminals and standard office equipment to accomplish work objectives.
