AcqDemo This position is being filled under the memorandum from the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD(P&R)) Expansion of Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense, dated October 15, 2021.
Responsibilities As a PROGRAM ANALYST at the NH-0343-3 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Serves as MDA Exercises or Wargames Mission Director for assigned region Ensure successful execution of missile defense system modeling and simulation support to meet warfighter exercises and wargames training objectives Addressing Warfighter needs for accurate Missile Defense System (MDS) modeling and simulation (M&S) in a highly dynamic and challenging theater Integrating MDA subject matter experts from application MDA lines of effort with a Government, Military and Contractor teams Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications You may qualify at the NH-03 , if you fulfill the following
Qualifications:
A.
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
In-depth knowledge of professional, scientific and engineering concepts, theories and standards Thorough knowledge of testing complex weapons systems, sub-systems, and/or components Knowledge in one or more of the phases of the test and evaluation engineering process Ability to analyze complex data, arrive at logical conclusions, and make recommendations Skill in written and oral communication to present information through briefing and reports.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.
g.
, Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.
g.
, professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) NON-CAP:
Position requires DoD Acquisition Program Management, Advanced certification within required timeframes.
Selectee must also achieve 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) every 2-years.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
