Inside Application Engineer - Network Solutions

One of our clients in Colorado Springs is looking for an Inside Applications Engineer to join their Components Test Applications Engineering support team supporting engineering customers.
You will be responsible for customer support, helping their customers overcome their design obstacles using our performance network analyzer instrument and software solutions.
As a member of a world-class technical support team in their support center, you will help customers both select and utilize the right solutions.

You will work closely with the customers to enable and debug their complete design flows and provide a rewarding customer experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
Enable our customers to utilize our Network Analyzer solutions to it's fullest capability.
Debug and duplicate customer issues.
Gain insights from customers and bring back requirements for product enhancements or fixes to marketing and R&D teams.
Leverage solution expertise to discuss technical needs and challenges with customers.
Clear written and verbal communications; explain technical subjects over the phone and through email.
Creation and publication of internal and external customer-facing knowledge base articlesCustomer service skills, including soft skills empathy for customer issues.
Train customers remotely or face to face on the latest Network Analyzer solutions.
Independent learner who can stay up-to-date on assigned products and technologies.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in assisting multiple customers every day.
Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
All of the above plus:
Experience with Network Analyzer solutions including Performance Network Analyzers and/or Vector Network Analyzers, LCR (Inductance Capacitance Resistance) and swept impedance analyzers, noise figure analyzers, phase noise measurements, RF power meters, RF Test Accessories, etc.
RF & microwave background related to component and system test of passive and active devices to include the linear and non-linear performance of non-frequency translating and frequency translating devices.
Materials testing and characterization are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

years of experience in application engineering in at least one related field (Component Test, RF/Microwave, RF Systems, and RFIC)Experience with Network Analyzer solutions, including Performance Network Analyzers and/or Vector Network AnalyzersExcellent communications skills and strong interaction skills with customers and colleagues.
Must work well in a team environment and be self-motivated.
Basic knowledge and understanding of microwaves, microwave devices, systems, and measurements as well as microwave test accessories.
Experience with Network Analyzer solutionsSoftware or test automation skills that may include:
Python,.
NET, LabView, C#, C++, VB, Excel, Automated Test Systems (ATE), etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
