THE POSITION The Intermediate Client Support Technician assists in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing reliable technical support, and outstanding customer service.
This position leverages skills in IT support, including managing and troubleshooting client-level systems.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ICS has an effective process for establishing competitive compensation ranges using available market data.
Your actual compensation will be commensurate with your skill level and experience.
The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
The salary range for this position is $41,000 - $58,000.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the ICS.

Responsibilities:
Assist in deploying, sustaining, and troubleshooting system software to ensure optimal performance, including managing client-level hardware and software, troubleshooting system components, and providing IT support.
Support the configuration of network devices and management of IP detection systems.
Adhere to security protocols and procedures, including managing system access and identifying potential system attacks.
Work collaboratively with team members to resolve technical issues.
Assist in the training of junior technicians.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 100% On-site at Schriever AFB OR Peterson AFB QUALIFICATIONS Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, AND; DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification, AND; Experience in managing client-level software and hardware, troubleshooting system components, and providing IT support.
Proven experience in an intermediate role within IT support.
Strong knowledge of network management, troubleshooting, and IT support.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
