Senior Program Analyst

Description SAIC seeks a highly experienced and energetic Senior Program Analyst to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile surveillance, warning, defense, and space surveillance missions.
In support of the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer, the Sr.
Program Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management Job Duties
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and client
Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract Qualifications
Bachelors and five (5) years or more of related experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience
Active Secret Clearance
Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met
Developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for the program
Participate in and establishing and defining program plan requirements
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision.
Desired
Experience working with agile teams, methodologies, and scheduling
Experience sustaining PARCS, or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as PAVE PAWS and UEWR Target salary range:
$100,001 - $125,000.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
