Test Engineering (TE4) with Security Clearance
Job Responsibilities Davidson is seeking a Test Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO.
What You'll Get to Do:
Support the software development team focused on DEVSECOPS solutions Support the development of system test solutions in accordance with project technical, schedule and cost constraints Assist team in development of innovative Test Automation solutions Participate in, prepare and execute comprehensive system/element level test plans and procedures Support system/element level test planning and test readiness reviews Document test requirements and methodologies in the requirements management system.
Review system engineering documentation to ensure test plans and methodologies meet system needs and are accurate, comprehensive, consistent and complete Support the development of system integration plans, procedures and scenarios used in the conduct of software/hardware system integration testing Participate in engineering peer reviews as a document originator or reviewer to ensure technical quality and engineering rigor is appropriate Participate in project technical risk analysis and mitigation Qualifications Require ments:
Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline with 2 years of systems and/or test engineering experience; 0 years with a Master's degree in STEM discipline Must have a current Active OR Interim Secret level security clearance to be considered Interim DoD Secret clearance Familiarity or experience with Agile software development methodologies, i.

, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Familiarity or experience with test automation Familiarity with MS Office suite of tools (i.
e.
, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Desired Competencies/Experience/Certifications:

Certification Familiarity or experience in using a requirements management tool, such as DOORS Familiarity or experience in using a discrepancy management tool, such as Jira Familiarity or experience with continuous integration and deployment environments and tools such as Bamboo Familiarity or experience with version control tools such as Bitbucket Familiarity or experience with Unix/Linux operating systems Familiarity with the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) Precision Acquisition Vehicle Entry (PAVE) Phased Array Warning System (PAWS) (BPP) or other ground-based radars such as the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) Familiarity or experience in writing scripts using scripting languages such as Korn Shell, Bourne Shell, Python, Perl, bash, tcl, etc.
