USSPACECOM J8 Requirements Analyst

LinQuest Corporation is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to the US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J8 as a Requirements Analyst/Subject Matter Expert.
An active TS/SCI clearance is MANDATORY.
In this role, you will support USSPACECOM requirements development for joint space warfighting systems.
You will analyze existing warfighting plans, strategies, Concepts of Operations, and Operations Concepts and develop recommendations for requirements modifications for existing programs and new requirements in support of future programs.

Responsibilities:
Analyze existing warfighting plans, strategies, Concepts of Operations, and Operations Concepts and develop recommendations for requirements modifications for existing programs and new requirements in support of future programs.
Assist in the development of Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System (JCIDS) documentation and products and analysis to support the validation of such documentation.
Support development of detailed requirements analysis and documents as they arise, which vary based on JCIDS cycle and pending command priorities, to include:
Initial Capabilities Documents, DOTMLPF Change Recommendations, Joint Emergent Operational Needs, and similar.
Provide engineering and operational expertise to USSPACECOM/J8 to support the assessment, defense, and validation of warfighting requirements related to the full range of military operations in, from, and through the space domain.
Required Skills/
Experience:
Must be able to analyze space system operational, technical, programmatic, and acquisition inputs and formulate recommendations for senior leader consideration Must understand the DoD capabilities development process and the Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System.
Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with briefing senior military and civilian leaders Previous experience on a CCMD, MAJCOM, HHQ, Joint Staff, OSD etc.
staff highly desired Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level Ability to brief/interactive with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians Bachelor's Degree or higher required Completion of JPME I is highly desired, and JPME II is preferred Active TS/SCI clearance is MANDATORY Compensation:
Starting salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
