J5 Strategy and Contingency Planning SME with Security Clearance
LinQuest is seeking a J5 Strategy and Contingency Planning SME to join our team at Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs, CO.
An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
In this role, you will support USSPACECOM J5 on developing, coordinating, and revising CCMD integrated OPLANS and support command exercise, training, and assessment of those OPLANS.
The ideal candidate will have Combatant Command planning experience, extensive background in how space capabilities integrate into the joint fight, and a deep understanding of the Joint Planning Process and Joint Publication 5.

Responsibilities:
Work with US government personnel to conduct OPTs in support of contingency plans development and assessment.
Work with US government personnel to develop contingency plans through the application of operational art and operational design in conjunction with the joint planning process.
Provide mission analysis products, develop courses of action and conduct COA analysis, assist with wargaming products, and draft, coordinate and publish contingency plans.
Analyze, develop and integrate adversary-specific details in plans and targeting processes to include the development and maintenance of critical asset lists (CAL).
Required Skills/
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or higher required Current/relevant space/joint space operations knowledge and background Contingency planning experience Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to draft courses of action for senior officer approval based on multiple inputs and application of strategic planning principles.
Ability to brief/interactive with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians Ability to coordinate plans between internal and external staff agencies to ensure a coherent effort An active TS/SCI clearancePreferred Skills/
Experience:

Starting salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
