Business Process Improvement Analyst

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Process Improvement Analyst to contribute to our organization's process improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will assist in business process mapping, quality assurance audits, and support continuous improvement events.
You will also assist in preparing both external and internal communications and provide support in partnering meetings with government customers.
Additionally, you will have some involvement in project management activities.

Business Process Mapping:
Assist in analyzing current business processes across various departments and programs Support the development of process maps to represent the current and desired states of business processes Help identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions Quality Assurance Audits:
Assist in the implementation of existing quality assurance audit framework Support regular audits to ensure that the organizational processes and end products meet established quality standards Assist in generating audit reports and recommending corrective actions when necessary Supporting Continuous Improvement Events:
Provide support in facilitating continuous improvement events and workshops, such as Kaizen or Lean initiatives Assist teams across the organization in implementing process improvement initiatives Help monitor the progress of improvement projects and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals Supporting Partnering Meetings with Government Customers:
Assist in establishing and maintaining communications and coordination with government customers Provide support hosting remote and in-person meetings with government partners Support the representation of the organization in a professional manner during meetings with government customers Provide logistical and technological support to Partnering Meeting facilitators to include remote meeting functionality, taking and preparing meeting minutes, and list of action items Project Management:
Assist in developing project plans, including objectives, timelines, and resources needed Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide support in project activities Assist in monitoring project progress and help ensure stakeholders are kept informed of developments Preparing External and Internal Communications:
Assist in the development of communication strategies for engaging with external partners and internal stakeholders Help prepare and disseminate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and internal memos Provide support in coordinating responses to inquiries from the internal customers and other stakeholders Additional
Responsibilities:
Be able to perform temporary duty assignments as needed, which may include travel to different office locations, client sites, or conferences for short or extended periods, within and outside of the United States Execute any other duties as assigned by management, which may not be explicitly listed in the job description but are in line with the role's responsibilities and objectives QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred
Experience:
At least three (3) years of experience in business process improvement, quality assurance, or enterprise supporting related field Intermediate knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma process improvement methodologies Travel:
up to 25%; both CONUS and OCONUS Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment.

The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD $65,000 - 95,000 Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
