is seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to develop, organize, and conduct training activities on the Combat Mission System Support (CMSS) program in support of customers and/or company employees.
Conducts both, on-site and in-residence training consisting of lectures, and practical exercises in accordance with approved programs of instruction using lesson plans, technical manuals, student guides, handouts, practical exercise worksheets, and both written and hands-on evaluations.
Essential Functions:
The following, but not limited to, are the overall Technical Trainer
Responsibilities:
Works with customers and functional organizations to establish training requirements.
Performs analysis to determine master training lists, learning objectives, and course content.
Designs and develops instructional material utilizing engineering, software, and technical documentation.
Provides technical training in a classroom environment for new and/or upgraded systems ensuring customer competency to operate and maintain systems under sustainment.
Coordinates with peers and engineers to gain Subject Matter Expert competency on program systems.
Updates existing instructional material to reflect product upgrades and capabilities.
Conducts continuous improvement of course material to maintain quality and effectiveness.
Travel to customer locations for extended periods to resolve training and/or maintenance related issues
Qualifications:
Active Top Secret//SCI Clearance, or Top Secret with SCI eligible Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience, or High School Diploma and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience/familiarity in the field of Satellite Communications (as an operator/maintainer or as a contractor).
Familiarity with the L3Harris 10.
2 Counter-Communications System is a plus.
Familiar with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) or Training Systems Requirements Analysis (TSRA) to identify training needs by job, position, and/or employee to perform the duties to the desired standard under the prescribed conditions.
Understands the Instructional Systems Development / Systems Approach to Training (ISD/SAT) process and familiar with (MIL-HDBK-29612-2A) key requirements (ADDIE).
Develops and presents logistics product technical documentation and instructional material.
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills.
Able to present reports and presentations to project teams, weapon system management, and customer personnel in a clear, articulate, and concise manner.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Understand drawing and specification hierarchy and development.
Familiar with ASME-Y14.
100 and all equivalent guidance pertaining to engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of technical order development, content, and change activities.
Possess excellent technical skills to understand and translate information into presentable instructional material.
Familiar with ITAR policies and procedures.
Familiar with electronics equipment maintenance practices and procedures to achieve fault resolution and repair.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
