Computer Maintenance Support Specialist 4
DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as an SAP Computer Maintenance Support Specialist 4 to work out of Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.
Position is contingent on contract award.
PAY:
$110,000 -$130,000 JOB
Summary:
Installation of audiovisual systems including VTCs, TVs, rack fabrication, site preparation, termination and calibration of audio and video equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with audio, video, switching and control systems.
Conduct testing of AV cables and or equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Maintenance, upgrade, and sustainment for Special Access Program audiovisual architecture IAW CNSSAM TEMPEST/01-13 and DoDM5207.
07 Vol III.
Networked and stand-alone systems at the Special Access Program classification levels.
Review Communication System Requirement Documents related to audio visual architectures with agency coordination and audio-visual technical requirements.
Equipment troubleshooting to isolate faults, make repairs, and restore service to systems, and report the status of problem resolution to the affected customer and maintain a historical record of problem resolution.
Perform Wall mount and connection of large Television/Monitors as part of installing VTC suites in a Special Access Program facility.
Audio visual equipment continuity documentation and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule.
Coordinate warranty repair actions for equipment under warranty, troubleshooting, tuning, and technical support for hardware and software used within the Special Access Program facility.
Assist with the packaging and shipping of computer, networking and AV equipment.
Maintain the expertise to provide centralized AV communication installation, routine support, and maintenance for Special Access Program systems through continued education as a Certified Technology Specialist.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
7 years of Audio Visual or relevant technical experience.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering preferred.
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred; experience may be used in lieu of education.
