HR Business Intelligence Manager

Overview The HR Data Analytics Manager performs data analysis and develops metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
The position is responsible for overseeing regular reporting requirements, developing ad hoc reports on demographics, and creating a suite of analytics to inform recruiting and engagement activities.
The position also coordinates market research and peer benchmark analysis, educates staff regarding using data to inform strategy and programming decisions, and promotes a data-driven culture.

Partners with clients to design, develop, implement, and maintain business solutions regarding data management and analysis.
This includes, data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting.

Consults with users to define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, consider current and future business implications, translate functional into technical requirements, validate solutions, and drive business process improvement efforts.

Develops metrics, tracking analysis, and reporting to ensure rapid and efficient hiring, training, and mobilization requirements globally to all levels of the organization.

Utilizes multiple quantitative and qualitative data sets from a variety of sources and interprets results using advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, predictive analytics and statistical analysis.

Performs continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conducts real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments to achieve program level goals / business objectives for V2X programs.

Develops and maintains routine and ad hoc reports, BI dashboards, and system queries that are reliable, accurate, and cross-matched with other data sources for consistency and clarity.

Educates HR and external staff on how to utilize data to inform strategy and decisions.

Analyzes trends and patterns in data and brings meaning to the data with narrative and observations.

Summarizes key findings and insights for reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Develops and maintains standards and best practices for data, including reporting methodology and request intake.

Maintains authorized position list (APL) based on as-sold staffing models.

Develops analytical data for review and develops presentations, reports, and strategies in accomplishing the mission of the HR Team.

Provides ad-hoc HR data support to multiple geographically-dispersed programs, sites, and task orders.

Participates in process improvement and quality review activities.

Provides daily/weekly updates as required to leadership.
May be required to brief senior staff on status and strategic plans.

Works with Business Development on current work, modification, and new work as necessary to align with IOC and FOC.

Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications Education:

B.
A.
or higher in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or similar education.
One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Certifications/Licenses:

None listed.
Experience:

Minimum of five (5) - eight (8) years' of work experience in Human Resources with a strong background working with a Government contractor.

Experience in HR analytics, presentations, and automation preferred.

Knowledge of the defense and aerospace industry a plus.

May manage staff based on project needs and expectations.
Work with and sometimes direct managers and staff in fulfilling obligations as required by executive staff in accomplishing tasks.

The following salary range is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

USD $ 105,000 - 160,000
Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
