Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst for a contract scenario.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient workflows.
Your strong analytical, facilitation, and workflow diagramming skills will be crucial in successfully driving process optimization and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
DUTIES:
Business Process Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and gather relevant information.
Document business requirements in a clear, concise, and structured manner using industry-standard techniques and tools.
Workflow Diagramming and Visualization:
Create detailed workflow diagrams, process maps, and visual representations of current and proposed business processes to effectively communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders.
Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to ensure the accuracy and clarity of the visualizations.
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design optimized business processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Suggest and implement improvements and best practices to streamline processes and workflows.
Data Analysis:
Analyze relevant data and metrics to support the decision-making process and assess the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
Project Management Support:
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects, adhering to timelines and requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required.
Business analysis or process improvement continuing education is a plus.

years of experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and workflow diagramming in a professional setting.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in facilitating requirements workshops and conducting meetings with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using various business analysis tools and software for workflow diagramming and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing business needs.
Team Player:
