At Infinity, WE ARE MORE - now, come be more with us! Position Overview Infinity is seeking to hire a Senior Software Configuration Analystat one of our customer sites in Colorado Springs, Colorado (Schriever Space Force Base)to manage all software and documentation for a classified program.
Primary Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, coordinate the configuration management and document management processes to include process improvement.
Documentation and Software Inventory Management.
Perform spot checks to ensure process and system quality.
Actively use knowledge of Systems Engineering and Agile Development Methodologies to support the software development lifecycle.
Use Configuration Management tools and system auditing to support a fast-paced software delivery program.
Experience with Systems Engineering that can support the software configuration management needed on our programMinimum Qualifications Software configuration database management experience DoD 8570 approved cybersecurity certification such as Security
or CISSP.
Experience in Agile development environments Excellent written communications.
Excellent interpersonal communications.
Understanding of DoD Information Technology practices.
Understanding of DoD Cyber Security practices.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience.
Preferred Qualifications Inventory system tracking experience Experience with software build procedure creation Experience with software configuration management tools Experience with Systems Integration and System/Software Testing, including virtualized environments, test environments and operational environments Working knowledge in test plan/procedure preparation and test execution Knowledge of DevOps pipeline implementation Education/Experience Master's degree in a specialized engineering plus a minimum of 3 year of specialized experience; or, a bachelor's degree in a specialized professional engineering curriculum plus a minimum of 9 years of applicable experience or a combination of experience/education in lieu of degree.
