As our Water/Wastewater Technical Manager, you will:
Serve as a project manager, overseeing the planning, design, permitting, and construction of a full range of water and wastewater services.
Be responsible for client relations, marketing, and business development efforts for the team.
Review planning/design documents and contracts, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance.
Travel to job sites in various terrains and weather conditions, as well as project sites in various stages of construction.
Lead and manage technical staff, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
