Current Media Group, LLC is seeking a Resource Analyst for our Call Center Companies.

Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming contact call volume.
Make appropriate decisions in reference to code red, clow etc.
Working with partners both onsite and off site to complete necessary code red call backs.
Appropriately managing the abandoned percentage to or below the current set goal.
Appropriately managing the Availability percentage to or below the current set goal.
Improve year over year metric performance in reference to availability and abandoned rate.
Working with on-site staff to take American rep/escalated/resource calls.
Coordinating of real-time activities to ensure appropriate Agent coverage.
Producing reports to show overall contact center performance two times daily at the correct pre-determined times.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and write reports.
Basic understanding of performance metrics and experience in applying them in real time.
Works well under constant pressure.
Experience with cross functional teams who all work together to achieve the same goal.
Understanding of internet order or mail order business 9with large volume.
Problem solving skills (work arounds with technical issues, etc.
) Ability to speak up when necessary.
Pay is $17.
50 an hour Recommended Skills Performance Management Problem Solving Mail Order Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
