About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Operations Manager/Admin Support professional to join our Colorado-based team at 8760 Solar.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the solar industry or electrical/construction field and is based in the San Luis Valley, Pueblo, or Colorado Springs area.
As an Operations Manager/Admin Support, you will play a critical role in streamlining operations and providing comprehensive administrative assistance.
Your responsibilities will include inbox management, install contractor coordination, supplier communication, client support, project management support, marketing activities, data entry, and CRM maintenance.
Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in tools such as HelpScout, monday.
com, Zoom, Google products, and Microsoft Excel are essential.
Effective communication and relationship-building abilities are vital for interacting with stakeholders, setting deadlines, and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
This role offers potential for growth, allowing you to advance into management or specialize in project management or administration as the business expands.
This is a Full-Time position starting as part-time during the trial period.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
Inbox and Communication Management:
Efficiently manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries from contractors, suppliers, current clients, and potential leads.
Provide sales support by generating quotes and assisting with sales-related activities.
Coordinate project-related communications and updates, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
Administrative Support Assist with data entry, CRM management, and maintaining accurate records.
Support marketing efforts by managing lists, creating marketing materials, and ensuring the CRM data is up-to-date.
Collaborate with team members to handle various administrative tasks, fostering a smooth workflow across departments.
Operations Coordination:
Assist with procurement processes, including ordering parts and managing supplier relationships.
Conduct ROI analysis by collecting and analyzing data from utility bills and other sources, and presenting the findings in marketing materials.
Provide project management support, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Communication and Relationship Management:
Effectively communicate with contractors, suppliers, clients, and customers, resolving issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Utilize the virtual phone system to make calls and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Growth and Development:
Act as a versatile team player, adapting to the evolving needs of the business as it expands.
Demonstrate potential for growth into a managerial role as the business scales, supervising and guiding future team members.
Continuously improve skills and knowledge in the solar industry and related fields to contribute effectively to company objectives.
