PDS Tech is seeking Aircraft Maintenance and RepairJob title:
Aircraft Mechanical Assembler and Repair 1 1st shift; hours:
6:
00am-2:
30pm.
Type:
100% onsite.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
o Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies, per customer ordero Performs routine and standard tasks with minimal assistanceo Reads and assembles per standard work or blueprint instructions, with some guidanceo May track and receive the required parts for product area.
May check stock bins for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners for the particular work ordero Contacts material handler or lead if shortages exist or incorrect parts are in binso Participates in all team stand-ups and uses safe ergonomic practices in performing jobo May pack finished product into designated cartono Participates in EHS risk reduction activitieso Adheres to all Collins Aerospace rules and codes of conducto Looks for ways to eliminate safety hazards and improve the overall safety of the workplaceo Provides continuous improvement ideas in order to support lean and ACE initiativeso May perform other job duties as required and available for overtime as necessaryRequirements:
o High School Diploma or equivalento Proven mechanical capability preferredPay Details:
$20.
00 to $23.
