We primarily serve closely held businesses, nonprofits, and healthcare organizations.
Audit Managers work directly with small business owners and executive leadership of the organizations to report on what matters most to them.

This leads to projects assisting clients with any number of business matters to help them realize their goals.
Candidates for this position should have a desire to consult with clients on many aspects of their business or organization, well beyond the audit engagement.
General Duties and
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relationshipsParticipate in board meeting presentationsManage audits with several engagements running simultaneouslyBill clients in a timely mannerCoach and supervise team membersAssist in creating professional development plans for senior and staff membersReview audit engagement procedures performed by the audit team in a timely and professional mannerParticipate in firm growth and managementProvide proactive assistance to team members and department managers in execution of department initiativesAdhere to generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and other applicable standards when requiredAdhere to ethical business practicesOther duties as requiredEducation, Experience, and Other
Qualifications:
CPA license requiredMinimum 5
years related experienceStrong problem-solving skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated aptitude building client relationships and leadership abilityProject management ability and experienceBusiness development ability and experienceSelf-motivation with a high level of attention to detail, deadlines, organization, and time managementEffective communication with all levels of an organization, written and verbalInterested in hearing more? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
