Job DescriptionASRC Federal ASTS is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach with a TS/SCI clearance to support upcoming positions in Colorado Springs, CO.
This is an exciting and impactful opportunity to support the US Space Force (USSF) in a critical national mission to develop and deploy cyber capabilities that protect USSF mission systems from threats.
The Scrum Master / Agile Coach will serve as the lead Scrum Master for all agile software development projects, utilizing SAFe Agile methodologies.
This position requires a strong background in project management and Scrum Master experience, as well as expertise in SAFe Agile methodologies.
Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead Scrum Master, working closely with multiple Scrum teams to ensure that all software development efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain cohesive plans to unite all Scrum teams, ensuring that all teams are working together towards common objectives.
Work with various Product Owners to ensure that all development efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.
Manage team performance through coaching, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.
Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile methodologies and best practices to manage the software development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with other teams, including cybersecurity and operations, to ensure that all software development efforts are coordinated and aligned with program goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with DOD RMF requirements for all software development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

This position is offering a pay range of $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.

RequirementsActive TS/SCI clearance, with ability to gain SAP access.

years of professional IT experience, with at least 6 years in project management.
5
years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong expertise in SAFe Agile methodologies.
SAFe Agilist preferred.
Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
DOD 8570/8140 Certification.
Experience with the United States Space Force (USSF) or United States Air Force (USAF) preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Attention to detail to ensure that all software development efforts are well-defined and meet program requirements.
Strong leadership skills to manage multiple Scrum teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
