Develop and write code is both C# and Delphi. The developer is needed to maintain current system as well as determine current state of the system for potential rewrite and re-architecture.
Strong background in SQL with both SQL Server and Oracle. PL/SQL is a plus.
Experience writing complex queries and store procedures to create ad-hoc reports.
Ability to communicate with users and translate their requirements.
