The Associate Counsel, Operations will support the General Counsel with regard to legal issues relating to the day to day operations of the organization including, without limitation, human resource, real estate, IT, compliance and consulting matters. Support various business units in operational matters, including without limitation, drafting and negotiating vendor and supplier agreements, consulting and agency engagements, information technology agreements and waivers. Provide legal support and guidance regarding Human Resource related matters, including benefit plans, investigations, reorganizations, job eliminations, promotions, terminations, work eligibility etc., including drafting and negotiating agreements as needed, coordinating with outside counsel and supporting HR policy preparation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
