years' experience to include; cleaning, painting and upkeep of building, basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, landscaping and grounds maintenance, furniture moving, and equipment moves. Must have a Mechanical aptitude and experience maintenance support tools.
High School Diploma or GED is required. Must be able to pass an employment criminal background check and a drug screen.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
