Quality Assurance Engineer for Interactive Voice Response - IVR

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall quality of a customer IVR application.
IVR knowledge in design, testing, tools, standards, and procedures.
Validate the design, address defects, prompts, and account for dependencies, and prioritize tasks.
Test to the application specifications including regression, usability, and recursive logic testing.
Ensure that the application, and associated prompts and logs, correctly provide all customer requirements.
Manage the defect evaluation/resolution process.
Work with Voice User Interface/Interaction (VUI) Designers, Tuning Leads, Developers, Testers, Project Managers, and the customer.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
3
years of relevant work experience testing IVR applications.
Strong background in testing speech recognition applications.
Proven experience working with Defect Tracking SystemsEUR IPM, Quality Center, or similar defect tracking tools
Ability to develop and document test cases from requirements documents.
Strong knowledge of applicable IVR testing methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures.
Strong technical and analytical skills
PC and desktop applications competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, e-mail, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of information systems concepts
Demonstrated decision-making and leadership abilities
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail.
Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
