Current USA, Inc. is immediately hiring for openings in the Packaging Department for Packaging Assemblers. This position will be working Monday through Friday (including some Saturdays and Sundays) from 11:30am to 8:00pm. Overtime will be needed depending on the needs of the business.
Applications are accepted Monday through Friday, 7:45m - 4:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Maintain production standards while monitoring quality.
Properly complete daily production sheet.
Assist operators on set-ups.
Jointly responsible for the quality of finished goods.
Distribute a variety of products and place them into boxes to be shipped out to the different business units.
Work in different areas throughout the Packaging Department including Handwork and Machines.
Receives direction/instructions from clerks, operators and leads.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and very detail oriented.
Positive attitude and ability to influence the attitudes and performance of others.
Self-motivated and able to complete all work within deadlines.
Demonstrate creative and effective problem solving skills.
Must have excellent communications skills.
Flexible and willing to work overtime and help in other areas when needed.
The ability to stand for the majority of your shift and push/pull up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
