Front Range Staffing is seeking experienced Manufacturing Team Leads with a minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in a FDA regulated environment.
Must have experience setting up and operating production equipment such as conveyor systems, blending machines, packaging machines, and labeling machines.
Experience assigning work duties based on schedule requirements, and making sure shift production goals are met.
Responsible for training and continually monitoring performance of team members, facilitating team meetings (updates, training, safety, etc.).
Resolve minor employee concerns and escalate grievances to Manager as necessary.
Compliance with all local, state and federal requirements such as: OSHA, EEO, FDA, GMP.
Excellent reading, writing, math skills and ability to read SOP's., and communicate effectively as well as experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates are required to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
