Responsibilities
Our Specialty Seating Systems is recognized as a leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of a broad spectrum of aerospace specialty seating products. Our state-of-the-art, 16g dynamically certified cockpit and cabin crew seats, and 30g crashworthy helicopter seats are showcased on commercial, regional, business, and military aircraft for most major OEMs. Our portfolio includes proprietary products designed specifically for Boeing, Airbus, Cessna, and Bombardier, as well as key military OEMs to include Lockheed Martin and Boeing Military. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. How our people perform is as important as how our products operate. The primary focus of this position will include providing support for Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts and coaching Site Leadership/employees in their pursuit of ACE progression. This individual will help the business develop improvements to strategy, policy deployment, standard work and best practices through the use of recognized CI tools. Job responsibilities include: Lead, co-lead, facilitate or participate in Continuous Improvement events. Assist in the management of CI Events in the Ace Certification Program (ACP) on-line tool. Provide Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) training and teaching. Apply hands-on education, training and application of ACE principles and tools. May conduct internal audits (5S, EHS, etc.). Facilitate the development and implementation of ACE strategies supporting aggressive business goals. Identify improvement opportunities. Maintain and increase proficiencies in latest ACE tools. Collect, manage, and report ACE metrics. Provide support, guidance, and resources to site functions on ACE efforts. Coordinate and manage ACE Progression Activities. Coach the team leader on CI savings identification and validation. Support Lean Transformation events and activities
Qualifications
AA/AS degree with 5 to 10
years relevant experience BA/BS degree with 2 to 5
years relevant experience MA/MS degree with 0 to 2
years relevant experience ACE Associate certification preferred. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, including successful implementation of CI, leading projects, leading others, training or participating in CI events. Good computer skills, including skill in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to interface with managers at all levels with diplomacy and tact. Ability to provide CI training. Ability to influence and direct others towards CI goals and objectives. Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Strong personal commitment to CI principles with a bias for action

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
