Job Description
Project engineer for the Missile Defense Command Control Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Spiral 6.4 release for the Operations and Sustainment IPT located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Experience in all levels of Development Lifecycle (Engineering, Development, Test), project management, installation and deployment experience. Excellent communications skills required. Execute assigned tasks and products within defined cost, schedule, and performance constraints for the C2BMC Sustainment and Deployment Task Orders. Lead schedule development, coordination and reviews, e.g., Deployment Readiness Review (DRR). Support leadership throughout the program life cycle. Support to the TO 9, 10, 11 Task Order Leads throughout the program life cycle. Support to the Program Boards, program reviews and customer reviews. As primary customer interface for Spiral and Sustainment/Deployment Task Orders, represent the Task order leads at customer meetings. Maintain cognizance over all Task Order Mods and Engineering Estimates related to Spiral 6.4 and assure proper baseline change management. Work to continually identify and implement process improvements. Review and monitor all technical metrics as defined in the QMP and associated with Spiral 6.4. Identify programmatic, cost and technical risks and identify and implement effective risk mitigation deployment related travel required. RCB reference 15-001

Qualifications
Candidate should possess software intensive military system development/deployment experience. Must be a self starter and should have worked across multiple IPTs in a geographically spread project. Software Development Life Cycle and Training Systems is a plus.
