Electronic Assembler/Inspector needed - $13/hr - 1st shift
Hiring now for Quality Inspector for local metal manufactuer. This is a temp to perm position. Pay is $13/hr on 1st shift.
Must have excellent eyesight of 20/20 or better.
Skills needed:
Demonstrable PC skills
Fundamental understanding of database.
Able to use English and metric measurement systems.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while inspecting.
Basic knowledge of our customer's parts.
Familiar with using stereo zoom microscopes.
Ability to use various tools such as a micrometer, Vernier caliper, and drop gauge.
Fluent English written and verbal skills
Job Duties:
Must be able to de-panel electroformed parts from their mandrels without damage.
Visually inspect all finished parts using eye loops and stereo zoom microscopes for broken wires, pitting, stains, etc.
Proficient in the use of the STV AOI system for inspecting encoder disks.
Proficient inspecting electroformed reticles.
Collect reject data from mandrels by category.
Work with engineering on process improvements by providing accurate yield feedback.
Correctly finish paperwork.
