Our company is growing and we need help to keep up with the demand. We are a local contractor that has been in business for over 10 years. Last year was our best year ever and we have put the money back into the business to grow and meet the demands of our clients. We are looking for 5-10 new people to help us meet the demands. The staff is essential in negotiating and closing business deals in both residential and commercial contracts.
Job Description:
Inspecting roofs and additional damage, addressing customer concerns on the property
Construction Coordination assistance (our office team is available to help)
Networking and developing new leads (to go with the leads we provide)
Maintain strong relationships with clients and develop new clients
Our entire staff is committed to customer service
Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
Drive to succeed
We provide all the training for salesman
MUST have a reliable vehicle that can transport a ladder (folding ladder is ok) Have an honest and reliable work ethic with strong communication and organizational skills
Have good personal hygiene, dress professionally for the industry, and be a people person
Be able to climb on and measure roofs
Willing to work evenings and weekends (as needed) to meet the needs of our clients
No previous industry experience required
