Lead Cleaners: $9.00
Environment Control, a leading Janitorial and Maintenance company is looking for Part Time Lead Cleaner, whose primary responsibility is to fill-in for general cleaners. Start time is 6:00 pm but may vary. A P/T Lead Cleaner will be required to be available up to 6 hours a night, with some degree of flexibility. Duties include: dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning glass, restroom cleaning, dumping trash, etc.
The Lead Cleaner will communicate nightly with management in the Operations Department for any additional hours that may need to be covered on any given night. The LC who shows ownership of their job and desires additional responsibility is eligible to train new controllers at a higher rate of pay. The LC will be trained and assigned to do inspections, inventories, and spot checks/securing of buildings as needed. The LC will also be trained to set budgets on existing and new accounts. The Lead Cleaner will be paid $9.00 per hour for all work and travel time. The start time will vary and is determined by the Operations Department.
Requirements:
1. Must have a valid driver license and current car insurance
2. P/T must be able to drive personal vehicle. F/T will use company vehicle
3. Must be able to pass a complete background check
4. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
5. Bilingual is a plus!!

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
