We are on a mission to find a Maintenance/Service Manager to manage our maintenance operations of our newest property in the Colorado Springs, CO area. Mission Rock Residential is a top tier Multi-Family housing apartment community management company.
Position
Summary:
The Maintenance/Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of an assigned property and ensures that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company's established standards and any applicable laws.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
o Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the property.
o Assists manager with interviewing and hiring maintenance staff.
o Directs and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks and delegating work, monitoring progress and work flow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance.
Education and/or
Experience:
MUST HAVE HVAC certification
o High School diploma or equivalent.
o Minimum 3 years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
Prime Candidates will be true leaders who can lead their teams through example.
Required Licenses:
o Current driver license and automobile insurance.
