Administrative Office Assistant

Sharp Marketing is a Rapidly Expanding, Fun, Friendly Company looking for an energetic person to help meet our expansion needs. The person who comes to work with us will be part of an exciting company who truly cares about each other. You will need to have excellent phone skills and computer skills, be a hard worker, and truly be able to learn as you go.
Duties will include:

Customer Service
Receptionist / Transfer calls
Scheduling
You will be an account rep for our clients that include superb listening skills
Excellent communication skills required as you will be speaking to others on the phone
You will report directly to the location manager

Reliable transportation is expected
You're expected to show up every day ON TIME.
Common Sense is also required.
The person hired will be working with recruiters on:

- Resume presentation
- Resume screening
- Initial contact with candidates
- Consultant's inquiries
- Data entry
- Special Projects
Helping CEO with appointments and office errands
Skills/Experience to be successful in this position are:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Outgoing personality
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Some sales experience a plus but not necessary

This is a full time position, working 30-40 hours a week, during the weekday and possibly some weekend hours.
Pay discussed during interview Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
