Quality Manager-Production

The quality manager promotes quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. The person in this position works closely with personnel in all areas of the company to foster a culture of teamwork, unified objectives and continuous improvement.
To achieve this the person in the position should:
1) Become an expert on the companys' manufacturing procedures and practices, including hands-on operation of all equipment.
2) Maintain the company's quality system documentation. Ensuring documentation remains current and all processes are properly documented.
3) Maintain and develop procedures to be followed in various manufacturing operations. Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure that work instructions and procedures are accurate and intuitive in their structure.
4) Maintain and analyze records for all quality related metrics, including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and internal reworks.
5) Manage the identification, development and implementation of corrective & preventive actions, ensuring that all related activities are timely and relevant.
6) Monitor and maintain supply-chain quality & performance related metrics, including approval, audits and corrective actions.
Qualifications &
Experience:
1) Quality systems including ISO 9001
2) Lean Manufacturing
3) Engineering or related bachelor's degree
4) 3-10 years experience in related or complimentary area
5) Person should be hands-on and analytical in nature

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
