Position
Summary:
Successful candidates will have a professional appearance and demeanor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to the highest quality of workmanship. The Service Technician must be willing and able to learn quickly and work under close supervision in a fast-paced team environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, resourceful and efficient. The Service Technician is responsible for performing turnover maintenance, be available for on-call emergency maintenance duties or by responding to maintenance requests when assigned by the Service Manager/Supervisor or property staff, or as requested by residents or vendors. This position ensures that the physical aspects of the property meet the Company's established standards and any applicable laws.
Education and/or
Experience:
o High School diploma or equivalent.
o Minimum 2 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
o Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
o Candidate must be able to work in a team based environment and have good communication skills.
o Candidate must have own basic tools
o On Call is required
Required Licenses:
o Current driver license and automobile insurance.
