ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dynamic RESEARCH AND OUTCOMES ANALYST III to join our team in Colorado Springs or in Denver, Colorado . The RESEARCH AND OUTCOMES ANALYST III will be responsible for designing and implementing state and accreditation-required performance improvement studies from inception through conclusion; establishing and monitoring performance targets using statistically valid techniques.
Position
Responsibilities:
Conducting literature reviews
Assisting with project design
Creating data analysis plans
Assisting in developing data collection tools
Gathering and monitoring data collection activities
Conducting data analysis, interpretation, report writing, and presentation of results.
Position Requirements:
Education : RN or Master's Degree in Human Services field (e.g., public health, psychology); PhD preferred.
Licensure : Preferred.
Relevant Work
Experience: Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of healthcare research methods; data analytic and statistical skills; strong written and verbal communication ability; and excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Recent PhD graduates with less than three (3) years' experience will also be considered.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Demonstrated experience in developing studies, conducting statistical analyses;
Working knowledge of SQL;
Experience with health care claims data and behavioral health preferred;
Candidates must also have the ability to work independently and take initiative.
PI91497660Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
