Description:This position is contingent upon award of contract. This is a 3-year assignment in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) supporting the UAE Air Force and Air Defense (AFAD) for operations and maintenance of the EADGE-T system.

Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Experience with ISP-like IP network infrastructure maintenance and operation.
Experience with configuration of protocols such as MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Multicast, QoS, STP, VTP and VLAN's, Gateway Redundancy Protocols like HSRP, VRRP, and GLRP.
Experience with VLSM CIDR IP addressing design and implementation.
Experience with configuration of encryption and security solutions such as IPSec, VPN, Suite B, firewall rules, access control lists.
Experience integrating Network Devices with centralized Network Services such as LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Authorities.
Experience implementing Network Management concepts within network devices such as SNMPv3, Syslog, OID filtering.
Experience implementing facility switch aggregation and Data Center network design patterns.
Experience with Network troubleshooting techniques (CLI-based) and tools (Wireshark, tcpdump etc.)
Desired Skills:
Strong communication skills, including communicating with customers whose first language is Arabic.
The ability to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
Experience with Juniper network devices like MX, SRX, EX Juniper series devices.
Experience with non Juniper devices like Crystal, LN1000, etc.
Experience/knowledge of Network management tools like JunoSpace, and WebNMS.
Certifications - JNCIP, CCNP, CCSP, JNCIS, etc.
Experience with an IP network infrastructure to support tactical systems.
Experience with documentation of engineering artifacts in support of site configurations and installations.
Experience with Network Management protocols and tools.
Experience/knowledge of the complete range of network design drawings used for specification, fabrication, assembly, wiring, inspection, and installation of equipment.
Experience with secure and reliable networks and network management.
Experience integrating with sensors and weapons, including occasional troubleshooting and reverse engineering.
Strong system engineering skills with an emphasis on software-intensive systems and system of systems integration.
Familiarity with cyber security and multiple security enclaves.
Experience with fixed and mobile command centers, including supporting coalition / expeditionary operations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
