Ability to Lead or Supervise the work of range operations as a recurring responsibility to include demonstrated experience assigning duties; ensuring materials and tools are available; AND reviewing work for accuracy/completeness in order to maintain the functionality and serviceability of equipment. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Work involves standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing as well as working in awkward positions and handling objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds. Considerable strain is caused by the constant vibration of the equipment and the jerking/jolting from operating the various motor vehicles over rough surfaces. Working Conditions:
Duties involve working in extreme adverse weather conditions (i.e., low/high temperature, snow/rain, wind and excessive dust). The work environment will be around excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, high voltage, machinery with moving parts, and intermittent solvents, grease/oil and sulfuric acid. The work environment will require observance of appropriate safety precautions and use of protective clothing or gear such as safety shoes, ear protection and helmet.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
