Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes demonstrated experience planning, coordinating and managing deployments and mobilizations for an installation including active duty, reserve and National guard components. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in Political or Military Science. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for this series and grade level. (NOTE:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
