Maintenance Worker Helper NA-05
Minimum Qualifications 1. Experience in performing duties as described and the ability to follow oral and written instructions involving those duties. 2. The incumbent must have a valid driver's license. Skills and Knowledge 1. Must have a working knowledge of wood working techniques and basic shop mathematics. 2. Must be skilled in use and operation of common hand and power tools and measuring devices of the carpentry and painting trades to perform a variety of tasks. 3. Must have a knowledge of standard surface preparation and coating methods and techniques. 4. Must have ability to read and follow basic blueprints and sketches. 5. If assigned to operate a motor vehicle, must have skills and knowledge to accomplish safe operation of vehicles operated. Highly Preferred (experience must be reflected in your resume) may be referred for first consideration. At least one (1) year experience as a custodial worker or janitor.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
