Experience:
Specialized experience is defined as:
applying technical experience in medical product nomenclature, automated supply, inventory, and property book systems to obtain maximum benefit of automated procedures. Assisting with development of new guidelines for property management programs to obtain more responsive or effective output of procedures and techniques involved in the ordering, filling, storage, repackaging, bulk compounding, verification and distribution of medical supplies. This work is done in a hospital environment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
