We have a super clean and remodeled home with spectacular views of the foothills, Pikes Peak and Garden of the gods.There's a sunny and bright outdoor patio for visiting and enjoying our great weather and 320 annual days of sunshine. There's a shaded covered patio in the rear of the home, right off the kitchen where you can grill a steak, start a roaring fire in the outdoor fireplace or just sit, relax and visit. We've got a ping-pong table and some horse shoe pits.There are 3 bedrooms located on the main level , the master suite has its own private attached bath and a queen sized bed. One other bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There's a full bathroom right across the hall. There's a retro mid-century modern "vibe" in the bright and open living room and kitchen with a wood burning fireplace.The basement has a wet bar, a big screen TV, a ping pong table, a card table and a 4th bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds, perfect for a family with a couple of kids to 'bunk" up together. There's a nice large remodeled bathroom with large shower.There's also a full size clothes washer and dryer, and there's plenty of parking too! The house sits up high and a hill and is located on one of the nicest streets in Old Colorado City. $2600 deposit + first and last.
